Rooibos Vanille - Fraise Bio

 Rooibos, also known as red bush, is best known for the herbal tea obtained by infusing its slightly fermented leaves. Rooibos infusion can be drunk hot or cold, with or without milk.

 Its flavor is rather mild. The preparation of rooibos is much the same as for other infusions. The rooibos is steeped for 7 to 10 minutes in boiling water. The infusion gradually turns reddish-brown.

It can be drunk neat, but is often combined with fruity or spicy flavors. Rooibos contains several antioxidant substances

 The absence of caffeine prevents rooibos from interfering with sleep in the same way as tea or mate.
